It’s probably the main problem with launching a new show, something that every event organiser faces – every potential exhibitor and every potential visitor wants to know the same thing – who will be at the show?

Of course this is the perfect chicken and egg situation – by definition somebody has to be the first to commit to a stand in the same way as someone has to arrive first at a party!

Fortunately in the first 3 months from launch, despite the problems posed by the recession, we’ve had some excellent industry names come on board – companies such as ACO, Natural Paving, Hansebeton (R2 Paving Solutions) and Stein-Tec to name but a few and we are holding stands for some other big names who are currently unable to confirm bookings due to budgetary restrictions – 2009 is a tough year in this respect.

But you can expect the list to grow steadily month on month and if you are contemplating exhibiting at the show but holding on until you see “company X” has signed up, please do us a favour and sign-up now – in many cases, this can prompt the company you are looking out for (probably one of your competitors!) to sign up themselves!

Best,

Steven
